Lorsque je peins,  je prends des photographies des états intermédiaires d’un tableau. Ce fut le cas pour Apparition sur le pont. J’ai assemblé les images intermédiaires de ce tableau, et d’autres, dans la trame du rêve qui en était à l’origine. Bénéficiant du talent en animation vidéo de Michael Lewin, cela a donné la version vidéo de l’Apparition.

When I paint, I take photographs of the intermediate states of a picture. This was the case for Apparition on the bridge. I have assembled the intermediate images of this picture, and others, in the narrative structure of the dream which was at its origin. With the help of Michael Lewin,  a very talented man in video animation, I have realized the video version of Apparition.
